The Fifth Pedal is there in front of the Driver’s Seat to prevent the Wheel Slipping while taking a sharp turn. This mechanism is called Rear Differential Lock. This lock makes the outside wheel to run little faster than the inner wheel thereby avoiding any slipping during a turn.
Levers
Many Machine Functions used to be controlled by Levers, but with the advancement in technology, the Electric Switches have taken the place of Levers.
